GSCC (General Social Care Council)
Established in 2001, the GSCC is the guardian of standards for the social care workforce in England. The GSCC registers social care workers and regulates their conduct and training.

Skills for Care
Part of the Skills for Care and Development alliance, Skills for Care is the employment led strategic body for workforce development in adult social care in England. (TOPSS became Skills for Care in April 2005).

UKCES (UK Commission for Employment and Skills)
